Our family-run Hotel Goldener Adler is located in the charming village of Curon Venosta, surrounded by a fascinating mountain scenery and very close to the Lake Resia with its old bell tower rising out of the water. The surrounding area invites you to undertake exciting hiking and climbing tours and to enjoy thrilling cycling and motorbike trips. Moreover, close to our hotel there are also the ski resorts of Belpiano, Malga San Valentino, Watles and Nauders/Bergkastel with their perfectly groomed slopes for all levels of difficulty.
After an active day in the mountains, you can relax and gain new energy in the sauna or steam bath of our cosy wellness area. We also take care of pampering your palate: every day, from breakfast to dinner, we prepare delicious dishes of the South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine with fresh and regional first choice ingredients.

Mountain biking at the Reschen pass: Truly a bikers dream!
There is something for everyone from beginners to bike freaks, and all amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery of the upper Vinschgau valley on the borders of Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
The well described and clearly marked routes cover a distance of over 1.500 km.(900 miles).
The "Goldener Adler" has a garage with an area for bike repairs, and can give many tips for the various tours.

There are so many trails for interesting ski-tours here in the Reschen-region, for example to the lovely slopes of Rojental or - more advanced - to the steeper site of the Piz Lad for a wonderful morning sunrise.

The origin of wintersports!
There are 50 km (30 miles ) of cross country ski runs through the wonderful Winter scenery, even crossing the border into Austria.

Terms and conditions
The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days per person and night. For stays of less than 3 days we will apply a surcharge of 5 %. The prices are including breakfast buffet, evening meal, sauna and steam-bath and all services and taxes. The whirlpool and solarium are coin fed.
Local tax not included (Eur 2,10 per day and person. childern until 14 years free)
Children in parents room:
- Children up to three years € 15,00
- Children 3-6 years half-price
- Children 7-15 years 30 perc. reduction
Three bed room:
- a reduction of 20 perc. for the third adult person.
Dog without food € 10,00 per day.

- Wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains
- Buffet for breakfast ... to start the day our buffet includes breads, specialty meats and cheeses, colorful jam, honey, chocolate, fresh fruit, granola, fruit in syrup and juice. On request, free of charge, you also prepare dishes based on eggs.
- A comfortable lounge bar with a winter garden, reading the newspaper and drinking a soda
- 4-course gourmet menu with a buffet of fresh salads. Guests can enjoy regional and Mediterranean specialties. During the preparation of our dishes we focus on the use of regional products.
- Free use of the finnish sauna, aroma steam bath and infrared cabin
- Free bike rental in summer, e-bike rental for 2 persons for a fee.
- Large free car park
- Hiking tips and maps for your trips are available for free at the Hotel; advice for Nordic-Walking, lots of material and information in the Hotel.
